The buyer agrees to have the subject puppy spayed or neutered by the age of 7-months. Our pups are being sold as companion only. No Breeding rights! Males should be neutered at 6 months.

The buyer bears all costs relating to the sale of the above animal, including transportation. The risk of loss or injury to the above animal is on the buyer at all times after the dog leaves the seller.

We STRONGLY recommend pet insurance for the life of your new family member.

The buyer agrees that their dog will be housed indoors.

The buyer agrees to keep their puppy at a healthy weight.

The buyer agrees to make and keep annual veterinary appointments for their Pup keep all immunizations current according to the guidelines of the American Veterinary Medical Association and properly administer heartworm preventative medication & flea and tick prevention. (Seresto collar is our only recommendation. Heartguard is the only heartworm medication we recommend. We are not responsible for seizures caused by other preventatives reccomended by your vet.)

The seller recommends all pups complete basic obedience training with their puppy within the first year of owning their dog.

The buyer agrees to never place their Puppy/Dog in a shelter, pound, or similar facility or research laboratory.

Buyer agrees to keep new pup on NuVet Plus Vitamins for at least first year, life is recommended.

Buyer agrees not to take this Puppy to public places, such as the pet store or dog park, until the Puppy has had ALL of his/her vaccinations, usually by 22 weeks of age. The puppy will not have all of its immunities until then. There are many viruses, such as Parvovirus that are potentially fatal if contracted. We reccomend 1 vaccination at a time, Lyme, Lepto and Rabies should be given after 16 weeks of age. ​
