Gotcha Day Covid-19 Protocol

** PLEASE make sure you have read the buyers responsibility and the health guarantee, (they are on this website) They will also be sent to you for signatures electronically. You must sign and return prior to pick up.

We will FaceTime with each family and go over different personality traits with you to decide which puppy fits best for you. (This goes by deposit order I will text everyone their time slot at the 6 weeks mark along with the 6 week pictures and your documents that need to be returned prior to pick up day.) This will also be your pick up time on Friday. We facetime choose anywhere from 7-71/2 weeks of age. Mom & Dad will be outside to see.

On Gotcha day we will bring out your puppy to you in our yard. You will be given their folder with microchip registration information, feeding instructions and medical records. Their folder will also have NuVet vitamin info as well as our puppy schedule and training information. Please be mindful of social distancing and unfortunately we can’t allow people to use the bathroom.

We love to take family photos of our new families if you would like one that would be great!! I can post them and sent them to everyone.

Please make sure have checked off the puppy preparation list as well at the food and treats they are eating. Purina Pro Plan focus lamb & rice. Most order from Chewy or Amazon some stores do carry it call ahead. Order you NuVet vitamins all information is on the website. I hope everyone has enjoyed the recommend reading it is very helpful. Final payment is due upon pick up Venmo, PayPal, Zelle Bank of America Mobil transfer or cash. With Venmo please check to make sure you don't have a weekly spending limit most do.
